CyberLock, a security solutions provider with 30 years of experience, faced a market saturated with functional but aesthetically uninspired digital locks, primarily from other Asian low-cost competitors.
Their products needed to enter the digital era, differentiate through superior design, and shift from purely functional to elegant and user-friendly to elevate the design of any space they secure.

Essential Studio developed a comprehensive line of digital door and furniture locks with a universal, long-lasting design philosophy.
We focused on clean lines, intuitive user interaction, and premium materials to create security solutions that were both reliable and elegant.

Universal security, Crafted with care
For digital doorlocks, we designed sleek, modern forms, available in styles that complement diverse architectural approaches. Our design approach prioritised user experience, with intuitive interaction and hands-free unlocking options (depending on the model) for enhanced convenience.
Crucially, the product architecture & mold was optimised for both left and right-handed users, ensuring effortless access for everyone.
The Cyberlock Digital Furniture Lock Collection was meticulously designed to marry advanced security with sophisticated aesthetic appeal. This range exemplifies a unified design language, cleverly accommodating diverse configurations and various unlocking methods within a cohesive visual identity.
A signature feature is the “wave profile,” which seamlessly integrates multiple access technologies like passcode, NFC, and fingerprint scanning.
This elegant design also incorporates a subtle, integrated handle, ensuring that each lock is not only secure but also intuitive and visually harmonious with its surroundings. The collection stands as a testament to creating user-centric products that blend innovation with practical, enduring design.
